Monitoring
of the fruit aroma provides fundamental knowledge to the food and agriculture
industry at different levels. First of all, to producers, on the field,
determination of harvesting optimal time is essential. The development for a pocket-size sensor for final consumer is in progress now. "Overripe fruits are misleading".
